Turning Point, founded in 2007 is located in Mission Viejo, CA in Orange County and has two licensed and certified treatment centers. It is our mission to help you to transform your life and find a path to a happy and healthy recovery.
Here at Turning Point, we offer affordable drug rehabilitation programs for everyone. We offer many different types of treatments: MAT (Medicine Assisted Treatment, Trauma & PTSD Treatment, Inpatient Rehab, Alcohol Rehab, Opioid Dependence Treatment, Holistic Therapy and Anti-Craving Therapy.
Our treatment process starts with an admission to one of our treatment centers followed by a meeting with our treatment team to set up a detox plan. We want to create a smooth environment for our clients to detox it is our mission to setup individualized plans since every client is different. Each of our treatment programs are designed to meet the needs of our clients who are struggling with addiction no matter what stage a client is out from new user to years of addiction. Our MAT (Medicine Assisted Treatment) helps our clients to venture into detox without the harsh symptoms that often cause those seeking treatment to turn away. Detox can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days and our clients will have around the clock care from our staff. We also allow our patients to receive phone calls of support from family and friends while going through detox.
Once our client had finished detox, they will be admitted into a 30, 60 or 90 day inpatient treatment program so that recovery can effectively begin. The length of stay is decided by the family, client or treatment team. Based on our individualized plans and our highly trained and qualified staff, clients have succeeded in their recovery. Our inpatient treatment plan involves the 12-step program as well as therapies that teach our clients about their addictions and how to heal from them. Group and individual therapy are both used to help our patients to succeed. It is our mission to help our clients in every aspect: psychologically, socially, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.
Our outpatient program called IOP is a helpful start to support groups which will become a huge part of a client’s recovery process. Typically, this takes place 3 days a week for 3 hours a day at one of our facilities.
Because addiction is a family disease, Turning Point focuses on the family unit through our family program. This is a program that involves the entire family where education is provided to help families learn about addiction, learn how to set boundaries and how they can support and encourage their loved one. The family program involves both individual and group therapy.
Once our clients have been released from the treatment center, we want to make sure they are still going good on the road to recovery which is why we offer an aftercare program. In our aftercare program, we have our clients come to facility once a week for a group session.
Turning Point guides our clients through their recovery from detox to aftercare. We understand how overwhelming it can be when a client chooses to enter into a treatment center to work on a road to recovery and that is why we want to help. We want to encourage our clients every step of the way.
Here at Turning Point, we offer our clients a chance to step outside their day-to-day life and relax in a serene and supportive environment where recovery should be the only thing on their minds. Eighty-nine percent of our clients have remained drug and alcohol for six months after their treatment and 100 percent of our clients report that they have an improved quality of life too.
