We teach the medical aspects of addiction using the best research available and as presented by Merrill Norton in his lectures and his material in the “NAADAC Study Guide.
We teach the Biblical principles of recovery from the AA Twelve Steps as presented in the AA books, “Alcoholics Anonymous,” and “The Twelve and Twelve,” and the Eight Principles of Celebrate Recovery.
We have a therapeutic community that encourages Christian discipleship and the development of recovery attitudes and personal accountability.
We are licensed by the State of Georgia as a residential drug treatment program. We are certified by the Georgia Association of Recovery Residences, and approved by the Georgia Board of Pardon and Parole.
Our counselors are professionally competent and are certified as Addiction Counselors by state and national certification boards.
Our counselors are theologically sound. They are all professing Christians, called to minister to men and women suffering from addiction to alcohol and/or drugs.
While our counselors are thoroughly trained in the process of individual counseling, group counseling, crisis counseling, and family education, they recognize that the ultimate guidance for the counseling process is the Holy Spirit.
We present the Gospel of mercy and grace provided through the blood of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit convicts of the need for salvation. The individual responds.
